Accountability FBI, Inc., a tax-exempt charitable entity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is not associated with the U.S. government and it originated from an investigation into a sexual predator district attorney in Saint Charles Parish, Louisiana named Harry Morel whom U.S. Department of Justice attorneys abused their power to protect. Accountability FBI’s founder, Mike Zummer, was the agent on the case. When he reported the prosecutorial misconduct to a federal judge, FBI officials violated his constitutional rights so they could intimidate other employees into silence and conceal government wrongdoing from the public.
