DOJ Misconduct Reported to Judge

Letters to Federal judge reporting prosecutorial misconduct favoring a sexual predator state prosecutor. Letters were censored by FBI for almost four years and seven months. In retaliation for sending letters to judge, FBI agent’s security clearance was suspended then revoked, resulting in his termination. The FBI and DOJ have, so far, successfully argued no court can review the First Amendment question presented by their actions.
